はじめに

まもるくん（iOS版）は、話した内容をその場で文字にし、AIで読みやすく整えるアプリです。

1. アプリが扱う情報

• 音声：録音ボタンを押している間だけ、マイクから取得します。音声ファイルとして保存することはありません。文字に変換したあと、音声データは破棄されます。
• 文字起こしテキスト・清書結果・履歴：お使いのiPhone／iPadの中にのみ保存します。
• Gemini APIキー：あなたが設定画面で入力したものを、iOSのキーチェーン（Keychain）に保存します。

2. 音声認識について（Apple）

文字起こしにはAppleの音声認識機能（Speech framework）を使用します。iOSの仕様上、音声データがAppleのサーバーで処理される場合があります。これはiOSの標準機能であり、当アプリが内容を制御するものではありません。詳細はAppleのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

3. AIによる清書・要約について（Google Gemini）

清書・要約・AIチャットの機能を使ったときにかぎり、文字起こしされたテキストをGoogleのGemini APIに送信します。

• 送信はあなた自身が設定したAPIキーを使って、あなたの端末からGoogleのサーバーへ直接行われます。開発者を経由しません。
• APIキーを設定していない場合、テキストが外部に送信されることはありません。文字起こし機能はキーなしでもお使いいただけます。
• 送信されるのはテキストのみで、音声そのものは送信されません。

Googleにおけるデータの取り扱いは、Gemini APIの利用規約およびGoogleのプライバシーポリシーに従います。

4. 情報の共有・販売

当アプリは、ユーザーの情報を第三者に販売・提供・共有しません。広告・解析（アクセス解析、クラッシュ収集を含む）のためのSDKを一切組み込んでいません。

5. データの保持と削除

• 文字起こし・履歴は端末内にのみ保存され、アプリ内でいつでも削除できます。
• APIキーは設定画面から削除できます。
• アプリを削除すると、保存されたすべてのデータが端末から削除されます。

6. 求める許可（パーミッション）

• マイク：話した内容を文字にするため
• 音声認識：取得した音声を文字に変換するため

どちらも初回に確認が表示され、許可しない選択もできます（その場合は文字起こしが利用できません）。

7. お子様のプライバシー

当アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象としておらず、お子様から意図的に情報を収集することはありません。

Privacy Policy

Overview

Mamorukun turns what you say into text on the spot, and can clean it up with AI.

1. Information the app handles

• Audio: captured from the microphone only while recording. It is never saved as an audio file and is discarded once converted to text.
• Transcripts, cleaned-up text, and history: stored only on your iPhone or iPad.
• Gemini API key: stored in the iOS Keychain after you enter it in Settings.

2. Speech recognition (Apple)

Transcription uses Apple's Speech framework. Depending on iOS, audio may be processed on Apple's servers. This is a standard iOS behavior that this app does not control. See Apple's Privacy Policy.

3. AI clean-up and summaries (Google Gemini)

Only when you use the clean-up, summary, or AI chat features, the transcribed text is sent to Google's Gemini API.

• The request is made from your device directly to Google, using your own API key. It does not pass through the developer.
• If no API key is set, nothing is sent anywhere. Transcription works without a key.
• Only text is sent — never the audio itself.

Google's handling of that data is governed by the Gemini API Terms and Google Privacy Policy.

4. Sharing and selling

We do not sell, share, or provide your information to third parties. The app contains no advertising or analytics SDKs of any kind, including crash reporting.

5. Retention and deletion

Transcripts and history are stored on your device only and can be deleted at any time within the app. The API key can be removed from Settings. Deleting the app removes all stored data from your device.

6. Permissions

• Microphone: to capture what you say
• Speech Recognition: to convert that audio into text

7. Children's privacy

This app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.
